A client was spending heavily on leads but had about 2,000 past clients and no follow-up. A plan for the owner to call them stalled because he had no time. Jonathan helped him hire a virtual assistant, about $7 an hour and referred by one of Jonathan's assistants in the Philippines, then ran the training sessions himself so the owner could stay on the work.
